Beginner レベル向け
Junior Real Estate Developers-Minecraft Education Edition introduces basic real estate terminologies and concepts, covering key topics like buying and selling property, appraisal, land surveying, architecture, city planning, landscape design, and civil engineering—all while using Microsoft Education to build and explore in a creative, hands-on way. **************************************************************************************** Each session is a standalone adventure, so students can join anytime without missing out! Some activities involve teamwork, while others encourage individual creativity in Minecraft's Adventure and Creative Modes. I’ll guide and support students in Classroom Mode throughout the class. This class uses Minecraft Education Edition, an approved educational tool that fosters safe, creative, and collaborative learning. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and an open mind!
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure each learner gets plenty of time to explore, complete challenges, and showcase their creations.
*Account & Access Requirements*
~You’ll need to have Minecraft Education downloaded and installed before class begins. https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download
~Prior to class, each learner will receive their own Minecraft Education login, which provides access to our private classroom server for that specific session. These logins are restricted to our server and can only be used during class time.
~Students who register for the full 7-session program will receive a 9-session login package, allowing for two additional sessions of personal exploration outside of class.
~A unique join code will be provided before each session to access that day’s classroom world.
*Online Safety & Privacy*
~Students interact only with classmates on our private server.
~Only first names are visible—no personal Minecraft accounts or gamer tags are used.
~Classroom Mode is enabled for a safe, structured experience.
~We use Creative and Adventure Modes only (no Survival Mode).
~Outsiders cannot access our private Minecraft world.

With two decades of experience as a licensed real estate broker and educator, I bring practical, real-world expertise to every class I teach. As a licensed real estate instructor, Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), and a trained Minecraft educator through the Minecraft Teacher Academy, I’ve had the privilege of teaching everything from Pre-Licensing courses to Continuing Education and professional development, both across the U.S. and internationally. My dedication to youth and community development has been recognized throughout my career.
This class was co-created with my eight-year-old son, an aspiring civil engineer and real estate developer, and also my Minecraft Student Ambassador. Inspired by his passion, we designed a game-based learning experience that introduces real estate concepts in a fun, interactive way using Minecraft Education. Each session fosters creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork, all within a safe, structured environment using Classroom Mode.
Beyond real estate, I’ve taught students from elementary to college levels and mentored homeschool interns pursuing careers in real estate, civil engineering, and city planning. My approach is hands-on and empowering, encouraging kids to develop real-world skills while dreaming big.
