Our discussions will be focused on psychology, rather than details of crimes.
For example, for our crime scene profiling discussion, we will talk about crime scenes in general, but I will not go into detail on actual crimes. I created a fictional crime scene for us to analyze involving a stolen homework assignment which involves no violence against a person.
The eye witness memory, lie detection, and science behind juries topics will focus on psychological research and not on any specific crimes. For the insanity defense topic, I will reference past cases where the insanity defense was used. We will not discuss specific details from the crimes.
