Beginner レベル向け

This course is dedicated to beginners that have always wanted to learn about cryptocurrency.  We will take a high level overview of the technology, networks, and platforms that support cryptocurrencies, and learn about the economics of these virtual coins.

Topics covered will include a brief history of cryptocurrency, some of the theory behind the blockchain, different types of cryptocurrency wallets, and the reasons why cryptocurrency is changing the financial world.

I want to keep the class size small so we can have a more interactive experience.  Learners and I will explore some online tools that interact with different cryptocurrency networks and platforms.  I'm hoping learners will have plenty of questions, and we can have meaningful discussions driven by the students.

We'll have some slides, and online demonstrations to assist in the learning process.

Since this is a beginners class, there is no expectation that students have prerequisite knowledge.

At the end of the course, students should have a theoretical understanding of the underlying technology that supports any cryptocurrency.

Learners will have a good understanding of the economics surrounding cryptocurrency, and be aware of the online tools used to interact with these platforms.
