This is a great class for the beginning dancer, or the dancer who loves to perform in musical theater but hasn't had formal dance lessons.   We will learn terminology for basic dance steps used in community and school musical theater productions.   Steps such as the box step, grapevine, pivot turn and ball change will be taught.

We will also work on a broadway style dance routine to "King of New York" from Newsies, incorporating the steps we have learned so that they can show off their new skills!
