The students will prepare foods along with the teacher. We will discuss the cuisines of four different countries. These countries are: Mexico, Italy, Greece, and Thailand. For Mexico, we will make Tacos. For Italy we will make pizza. For Greece we will make Baklava. For Thailand, we will make Pad Thai. I have degrees from Iowa State University in Home Economics and French. I also have a Master's Degree in Education. I have worked as a Home Service Advisor for the Light Company. I have also taught all age students in private and public schools.
