I am a former New York and California Certified Spanish educator, grades 7-12, with 11.5 years of experience. I have taught the Spanish Language Advanced Placement Exam to high school students and I have taught 4 years of undergraduate college courses in various New York colleges. In order to provide interesting and engaging lessons I have created a lot of my own material. In addition I have written many tests and quizzes. Also, I have reviewed many textbooks for the purchasing of foreign language departments. My MA is from the top U.S. language college where I learned many strategies for teaching engaging and accurate lessons from my professors who were textbook authors. Lastly, I have studied Spanish for many years and have walked in the same shoes as my learners.
