素晴らしい文章を書く方法

Hello!

In this class, the students will learn how to write a really good, solid paragraph that explains a topic.

We will concentrate on these components: topic sentence, supporting details, transitions, and wrap up sentences. We will start by looking at 2 or 3 pre-written paragraphs and identifying different components. 

Here is how the class will be structured:

1. I will put a paragraph up on the screen and together we will identify different components. 
2. I will do this with another paragraph.
3. I will then put up a writing prompt that will be student selected from engaging options.
4. Through explanation and modeling, I will show the students how to write a solid paragraph with the proper components.
5. As I am writing my paragraph, the students will be writing theirs.
6. When finished, students are encouraged to either read their paragraph aloud or send it to me in the chat, and I'll paste it on the screen. I will then provide feedback on their work.
7. If a student wishes to submit their paragraph for a grade after class, I will evaluate it using a rubric and provide them with their score along with the graded rubric and feedback.
