This class is intended for students interested in learning more about how the mind of a cartoonist works. And draw cartoons! Students will learn how to create their own cartoon characters, working in a humorous "Sunday funnies" style. They will discover the basic drawing techniques that make up a cartoon, including the different types of eyes, noses, ears, mouths, etc.. They will be able to draw humorous, simplified faces. Students tackle projects by learning basic drawing principles and apply them to drawing their characters. No background experience is required, but helpful. This is a LIVE class and is NOT pre-recorded. This class will be presented via cameras from the instructor. He will have one camera at his face and another will be at the table where he is drawing, so that the student can see the instructor as speaks, and be able to observe step-by-step what the instructor is doing. Students can interact with the instructor, as well ask ask questions during instruction. No writing or independent reading is necessary. Students are expected to communicate with the teacher. Communication, visuals, and hands-on instruction are all the things that I are important in helping the students get a better understanding of the subject.

Imagination Exercises for Creating Your Own Cartoon Characters
✔️ Students will learn about Droodles (Imagination Exercises).
✔️ Direct Instruction: Students will follow along with the teacher as he turns some random Scribbles/Droodles in cartoon characters.

✔️ Direct Instruction: Students will follow along as the instructor turns words and names into pictures.
✔️ Second Drawing Practice: Students will create their own characters from words, including their own names, with assistance from the instructor.

Parts of a Cartoon - Eyes, Noses, Ears, Mouths, Etc.
✔️ Students will learn about the different types of cartoon body part shapes (eyes, noses, ears, mouths, etc) involved in creating a cartoon character. (Students can contribute to the cartoon parts list as well.)
✔️ Direct Instruction: Students will follow along with the teacher as he draws different cartoons characters from these random shapes.

Parts of a Cartoon - Body, Hands, Feet
✔️ Students will learn the different ways to draw a cartoon body.
✔️ Direct Instruction: Students will follow along with the teacher as he draws different cartoons characters from these random body parts.
✔️ Students experiment with different head shapes, from the most common cartoon head shapes to the most outlandish ones, for creating a character. Some characters even have body parts (like eyes and mouths) that are integrated into the head shape. 50 分のオンラインライブレッスン

I print around 2000 to 4000 comic books per issue released. I use various printers in Canada, South Korea, and Hong Kong for my printing.
