This class is a 3-day class!
In this class, learners will learn all of the skills needed to succeed in fourth grade. Learners will review in the 4th-grade curriculum. This class follows a curriculum aligned with the standards required in fourth grade.
We will be using our own curriculum, created by Inspired Creativity Academy
This class will be held all year and will follow traditional school calendars in the U.S.
Our fourth-grade class will focus on completing the fourth-grade curriculum while having a good time doing so with friends.
Each class will stand alone, learners can join at any time.
The class will be structured as follows:
(learners will need a journal to write in every day when class begins)
Week of January 8th
Monday
Language Arts
-Grammar (verbs)
- Reading comprehension (readworks)
-vocabulary (4 vocabulary words)

Week of January 15th
Monday:

- Matter and mass
Calculate density

Week of January 22nd
Monday:

- multiplication facts

U.S. Civics
Becoming a citizen
Kahoot trivia will be held every Thursday after social studies
Learners will need:
-Binder to keep all of their worksheets
-journal to write at the beginning of each class
-pencil
-crayons or colored pencils
- counters
- a pop-it fidget (optional but useful during our multiplication lessons)
-Every Thursday learners will need a second device for Kahoot
-printer
-printer paper
Worksheets will be added to the classroom every Sunday.
Science projects will be done once month supplies will be listed in the classroom before the week begins

Learners will be accessing Kahoot.it to compete during class in a short trivia every week. Learners do not need to provide an email address or any personal information just a nickname. Parental supervision is advised.

This full curriculum class, will be offered by Inspired Creativity Academy. Our teachers are all educators certified in their states. The teachers teaching this class have taught 4th Grade Math for more than 15 years.
Mrs. Ivis Neal has taught 4th grade for 10 years. Mrs. Neal also has a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Management Information Systems.
Mr. Angelo Neal has taught 4th grade for about 8 years and has a Masters in Education. He is also a certified teacher In the state of Florida. He has taught Reading Intervention Classes in our county for more than 15 years.
All teachers have taught all grade levels for more than 15 years.
