This 8-week Health & Wellness course will cover key aspects of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Students will explore topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, hygiene, and making healthy choices. My teaching style is structured, writing-based, and interactive while ensuring lessons remain clear and engaging. Each lesson will consist of a Warm-Up – A short writing prompt to introduce the topic and activate prior knowledge, Main Content – Focused, structured information without unnecessary complexity, Writing-Based Engagement – Four short writing prompts that encourage critical thinking and reflection and a Closure. I use an interactive and engaging approach that balances structured learning with real-world application. My teaching style is clear, supportive, and encouraging, helping students connect health concepts to their daily lives.
