Who loves horses? We do! Want to learn more about the beautiful equines see majestically galloping around fields? Perfect. This club like class is meant to be a fun social experience where you can chat about horses, ask questions, and learn more about our weekly topic. Each session will include: -a look at a specific breed -exploration of a topic related to care or horse knowledge Topics will include, but are not limited to: -Horse anatomy -Horse colors and markings -Grooming -Styles of riding -Stabling -Safety -Basic vet care This class is perfect for the horse enthusiast who wants to learn more, homeschool students, and those who think they might want to pursue equine science one day. Students will be provided with a worksheet that aligns with each class so that they can save the information we learn.

This class combines my two biggest loves, horses and teaching. I have been an avid equestrian since the age of 6 ( so many years). Prior to teaching in a classroom setting, I taught riding to students of all ages at several different stables and riding schools. In addition, I have owned horses since the age of 12, which I compete with regularly in hunters and jumpers. My riding experience encompasses hunters, jumpers, fox hunting, equitation, eventing, and trail riding. During my teens and early twenties, I even worked as a steeple chase jockey for a Hall of Fame rider/trainer. Beyond the saddle I worked as a vet assistant, taking care of horses of all shapes and sizes. I love to talk about all things horse related!レビュー
