このクラスで学べること
In this fun course creativity will be explored and applied. I will show and teach how to make various greeting cards with new and up-cycled items. I will share events when we can create and give greeting cards. It can be on a special holiday or a simple note showing gratefulness any day. This class will begin with seeing cards I have personally made and ways students can create their own hand made cards. We will brainstorm and share different ideas and ways to make unique cards. I will...
The main goal is to have students apply their creation they have thought of onto paper. I will encourage everyone that there are many different ways to create cards; from a simple one sided postcard to a 3D hand made artwork for their collection or to give as a gift. We will take time to each make at least one card for those that want to join in the project during the course. We will end with sharing what we each have created at the end of the course which is optional or what a student would like to make after/later. Showing and sharing different ideas will help expand everyones designs.
Needed only if the student would like to create a card during the course: 1) Paper - at lease two colors measuring similar to a regular writing school paper 2) Colored pens/markers or colored pencils 3) Scissors the following are optional: *Small embellishments and glue *Stickers or tape (new and used embellishments examples: buttons, beads, tiny random items that can be re-used, etc.)
