In this course, students will be given guided practice problems to graph a line on the coordinate plane from slope-intercept form, standard form, and from two given points. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Strategies such as using visual models to find answers will be demonstrated as needed. Students may benefit from having graph paper available to them during this class, but it is not a requirement. Students should be familiar with how to find the slope of a line before taking this class. Please schedule your sessions carefully, as missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
