During this class, students will learn the basic functions of Google Sheets and get hands-on practice. We will begin by discussing real-world uses for Google Sheets and related vocabulary. We will then dive in and begin using the program. In this class, students will imagine they are starting their very own pet-sitting company! In order to manage multiple animals' appointments, they will create a schedule using Google Sheets. Next, they will create a basic earnings tracker in order to...

I have virtually tutored over 600 young learners, but prior to that I enjoyed a thirteen-year corporate career, where I used programs like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to make my work more efficient and effective on a daily basis. I use both in my daily life, as well! I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration.
