Description:
Welcome to Geology Expedition, where young learners embark on an exciting journey into geology and the enchanting world of gemstones! Over the course of this week long camp, students will delve into the mysteries of Earth's treasures, uncovering the secrets hidden within rocks and gems.

What will be taught?
Throughout the class, students will gain an understanding of geology, including the formation of different types of rocks (igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary), and will also explore the fascinating realm of gemstones, learning about their origins, properties, and significance.

How is your class structured?
Each day, students will participate in a 45-minute online class session conducted via zoom. The class structure will include a combination of interactive activities, multimedia presentations, discussions, and hands-on experiences. Students will have the opportunity to engage with the material through exploration, observation, and inquiry-based learning.
