Parental Guidance & Required Materials
To fully participate in this class, students will need the following:
✅ A Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Lite
✅ A copy of Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet
✅ An active Nintendo Switch Online subscription (required for online trading, battles, and Union Circle)
✅ A stable internet connection for seamless gameplay
✅ Poké Portal unlocked in the game (available early in gameplay)
🔹 Technology Assistance – Parents may need to help younger students with setting up their Nintendo Switch, connecting to the internet, and accessing online multiplayer features (Union Circle, Link Trades, and Battles).
🔹 Online Safety & Interaction – While all interactions are moderated within the class, students will be using Pokémon Scarlet & Violet’s online features to trade, battle, and team up with other players. Parents should ensure their child understands online safety and good sportsmanship.
