This interactive asynchronous 4-week course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices about the food you eat. There will be NO Live meetings for this course. Materials will be uploaded weekly for you to access at your convenience on Sunday. You'll explore how food fuels your body and mind, learn to decode food labels, and discover how to create healthy and delicious meals. Get ready to transform your relationship with food and feel your best! Each week for 4 weeks students will be guided through a variety of nutrition topics with videos that have been pre-recorded, along with real-life activities, readings and much more. Students will receive a weekly lesson guide to help them review and complete assignments.
