During this freeze dance class children will get an opportunity to interact and engage with children their own age. They will receive simple instructions from a teacher and enjoy dancing, creativity, body movement, age appropriate music and giggles. Each class will start off with a little introduction and each child will be recognized to participate (not forced). Children will also have an option to sit in their seats or stand up. As a group we will discuss what it looks like to follow instructions and after this brief discussion we will go right into our freeze dance fun. Body movement and physical fitness is so important, and in a Montessori setting children get an option of where they would like to work. This is why I allow children to sit or stand, the simple activities will help in their everyday life. We also talk about what it looks like to exercise and have a healthy body We dance too three or four different (per class session) songs a month Please remind your little ones to stay safe as they dance and have a great time (for example no standing in chairs).

As a graduate in Early Education and Health and Human Services, specializing in family and children, I am thrilled to be a member of the Outschool community. With over 18+ years of educational experience, I have had the privilege of working in diverse educational settings, including Montessori, traditional learning, and Reggio environments.
Currently, I am actively engaged in teaching home-schooled students in a Co-op, providing additional education services and collaborating with students/families worldwide. Alongside my role as an educator, I am a proud mother of two wonderful children. I am dedicated to continuous learning and skill development, evident in my involvement with a website designed to support parents and teachers—please don't hesitate to inquire about it.
My family and I share a passion for global travel, where we embrace opportunities to learn and explore. Additionally, we enjoy attending sports events and family gatherings. A well-organized day-to-day schedule guides our activities, facilitating efficient planning on my part.
I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong adventure that knows no bounds, and my commitment is to meet the unique needs of every child and family. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you soon.
