In this one time class, children will create a beautifully painted flower using their fingers. Children will learn a fun technique to create a beautiful painting with 5 different colors of paint and their fingers. Any colors of paint will work, students are encouraged to be creative with their choices! I will model how to do the technique and give learners a chance to ask questions as they apply the technique for themselves. During the class, we will discuss summertime and all the changes we see in this season, including the weather, plants, animals, and activities we enjoy doing. Students will have a chance to share throughout the class. No prior experience is required for this class.

It is recommended that younger students have adult supervision and assistance as needed to keep the paint on the paper and not the floor, etc.

Hello! Thank you for sharing this time with me! My name is Mrs. Bloom, and I love teaching kids! My goal is to allow my students to experience learning hands on, and to encourage them to think and express themselves in a positive way.
