In class we will discuss various strategies as well as doing activities that allow us to brainstorm ways to better manage our time. Bridget Smith is a teacher and parent with ADHD. Her focus on Outschool is supporting students with ADHD, neurodivergent learners, and students with learning differences. She has taught over 5000 neurodivergent kids and teens with ADHD and executive function challenges here on Outschool. She is a credentialed teacher who has taught preschoolers through adult learners. Bridget is credentialed by the State of California to teach K-12 Students.

Class supports executive function development in neurodivergent learners including autistic learners as well as those with ADHD and anxiety. Templates are shared in PDF and Google Doc form to support learners with dyslexia and dysgraphia.
Templates will be posted in our online classroom that learners can use to record their ideas or try out the strategies presented. You can print them out before class and Google Doc copies will also be shared. Something to write with and/or something to color with are often useful in my classes.
