IMPORTANT: We will NOT be playing in an actual Minecraft world during this class.

***Let's go on a Minecraft Escape Room Adventure!***

Oh no! You just woke up and you're feeling a bit confused. It looks like you've somehow found yourself in a Minecraft world! You look around and see that you're in a cabin. You see a lot of interesting things in the room, but you really want to explore the outside world. You go to the door and turn the knob, but it's locked! What now?! You'll need to look for clues and solve puzzles to find your way out. Will you be able to find the code, unlock the door, and escape the room before time is up?

Students will work together using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to solve puzzles, logic games, and Minecraft trivia. We will practice social skills, communication, and teamwork while having fun together. 

Knowledge of Minecraft is necessary to complete the puzzles and challenges. With that in mind, this class is not recommended for beginner Minecrafters. I will be available throughout the challenge to provide help as needed, but students are encouraged to try and solve puzzles on their own even when it's difficult.

Some teams may complete the escape room challenge with time remaining in class. In this case, we will enjoy Minecraft discussion, games, and trivia for the remainder of the time.
