I understand that finding the right support for your child's learning needs is important. This tutoring class is designed to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance in elementary and middle school math topics, tailored to your child's unique requirements. I'm here to help with any elementary math concept, as well as pre-algebra and beginning algebra concepts in middle school. However, I regret to inform you that I cannot provide assistance with middle school geometry.

I genuinely care about helping students navigate the challenges of math and building their confidence in the subject. I take joy in exploring new and creative ways to support students in their math journey. With my experience in teaching K through 5th grade and tutoring middle school students, I am well-equipped to provide the necessary support. I also make use of hands-on approaches, including multi-sensory math techniques that I have learned through various trainings.

When you sign up, please feel free to email me with the specific areas you would like your child to focus on. It's important for me to know at least 24 hours in advance so that I can plan our session effectively. I do not accept uploads of work your child may need to work on right before class as that does not give me time to adequately prepare for our lesson. 
Additionally, it would be helpful if your child can sign into our meeting with a device that allows them to annotate on Zoom. I understand that Chromebooks may not support this function, so having paper and pencil ready will work just as well.

Please note: If you're having trouble finding a suitable time slot that fits your schedule, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I may have availability at times that are not listed on my schedule, and I want to ensure that I can accommodate your needs.
