As mentioned in the class description, several asynchronous (outside of class) learning opportunities will be suggested to help with review, gaining depth-of-knowledge, or for additional challenge. No learner should feel stressed about any aspect of this class, and I would never expect a learner to feel like they need to complete all of the suggested activities.授業以外に週あたり 1 - 2 時間の学習が期待されます

Multiple formative assessments will be implemented and I will provide positive and supportive feedback. Any learner requesting a grade for the class should communicate this expectation as soon as possible.成績が提供されます
I will supply all of the materials required for this class. As an extended and completely optional part of the course- I recommend incorporating the book 'Freakonomics Revised and Expanded Edition' by Steven Levitt, 2020. A few (but not all) of the chapters will be included in the suggested/optional asynchronous activities, to allow learners to explore the economic concepts that we're discussing in unique and interesting ways! This book is listed on Amazon (as new) for around $13. A free link to a digital version of this resource will be included.
