Is your learner interested in diving further into the unique world of DYNASTY fantasy football? Has your learner generally played in a traditional fantasy football league and is curious in taking the next steps in diving even deeper into this exciting NFL game? Or maybe they are already invested in a dynasty league and want to become a part of a welcoming community to discuss different player values, trade options, and have general lively, friendly discussions about their teams with a group of their peers? Even when the NFL offseason is in full swing: in the world of dynasty fantasy football, there is always action! This is a regular, on-going club setting that allows learners to openly discuss their opinions, experiences, and predictions to hopefully get them to the same important goal - to win their dynasty league! 

This club will focus on engaging all individuals as much as they would like and providing a safe space for people to ask a few questions, give a few responses, and talk openly about some of the 'big moves' in the world of the NFL. 

Each week, we'll start by highlighting the big news of the previous week and asking for feedback on each learner's team (during the regular season) and decisions that were made on their prior week's performance. Themes of trade analysis, decision making regarding ‘rebuilding’ or ‘competing’ teams, and youth vs veteran player statuses will also be a highlight of conversations. During the offseason months, we will focus on upcoming player values and the dynasty market projections and rankings that go along with specific league-wide events (e.g. free agency, the NFL draft). We'll also talk plenty about draft strategy/team management, and participate in some mock startup and rookie drafts to assess different angles learners can choose to take for their dynasty teams. I will facilitate discussions making sure to incorporate all learners that wish to comment, and provide any helpful feedback regarding risks and benefits of different decisions. 

My intent is not to force my opinion on the learners, but rather facilitate lively interactions among them to get everyone excited and engaged with each others' teams. This club will encourage teamwork, introduce critical thinking techniques, and with my guidance, allow them to work with each other to ask crucial questions and lead helpful conversations (with adequate time for each learner's team) about the issues that are most pressing to their league.
