In this 5-day DSLR crash course, we will learn how to use any camera with "manual mode" to its full potential! We will learn about shutter speed, aperture, and ISO, and how they work together to create amazing images. We will also practice using constructive criticism to analyze each other's work. Each student will pick their 1-3 best images (dependant on class size) to have presented next class. I ask that parents please send me student photos directly, or have the student upload the photos to the classroom so all images can be presented together, and at the same quality.
- a DSLR camera, or other digital camera that can be put into manual mode - 1-2 batteries for your camera make/model - an SD or CF card (depending on what your camera takes) - a tripod is not necessary but highly recommended
