This class is perfect for beginner drawers, as we use basic shapes and lines to "build" our creations.

I will lead the drawing step by step, and learners can follow along and ask questions throughout the process. I will pause every so often to ensure that the students have not fallen behind. I will also check in with the students to see how they feel they are doing. If needed, I will give encouragement and motivation throughout the class. If the students do not understand something, or have a question I will be happy to answer them. 

My teaching style is friendly, encouraging and interactive, with an emphasis on enjoying themselves because art should be fun! I may offer guidance on students' drawings if they are struggling or seeking feedback. 

I strive to create a calm and inclusive learning environment where students can learn new skills and feel proud of the work they create.

Please note that each student draws at their own pace. Due to this they may not finish the drawing in the time we have for the class. However, the students will learn techniques they can use on their own.

Learners will have the opportunity to share their finished pieces at the end of class if they like. 

This is an ongoing course, so students can join during any week without prior experience. Below is the schedule for what we will be focusing on weekly.
