In this Live Class, students will learn introductory ballet moves to their favorite Disney Princess Movies and Music. Some of the skills we might learn and work on are: first position plies and releves Second position plies and releves first & second positions plies, releves, echappes third position, arms, and sautes passe, tendu, and arabesque chasse, passes, and skips Pas De Chats & Piques plies and pors de bras in all positions The options are endless! Some of the songs we will dance to are: Cinderella (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo), Jasmin (A Whole New World), & Belle (Beauty and the Beast). If time allows each class, we will play a game of freeze dance to another song!

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (10) youngest daughter (8), and then the littlest one is 5years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
