This class is highly exploratory. I adapt activities based on each child’s comfort level, encouraging safe and supportive expression and group encouragement to make individual choices to participate in the parts they are most interested in.

There are no prerequisites - just a willingness to explore, imagine, and have fun! Parents are welcome to support their child until they feel comfortable participating independently, even if that takes all 8 weeks.

A 2-page syllabus along with a welcome letter offering course description and expectations, will be available to download online on the first day of class. In addition, supplies required for this class include: a. Paper and crayons/markers b. Child-safe scissors and glue c. Paper lunch bags or socks (for puppet making) d. Optional: small props or costumes for puppet play if child prefers
