Detangle With Me - We will be doing our OWN hair. This is an interactive workshop where students will get to learn first hand how to detangle their own hair. Through a lesson, demonstration, Q&A, and hands on training this workshop style works for most of not all learning styles. By the end of this workshop students will know how to detangle their hair in a way that is not damaging. Since this is a skill that takes practice there will be a recorded version that the students can refer back...

I️ have had natural hair since 7th grade before it was the thing to do and through trial and error I️ have learned the do’s and don’ts. Currently I️ teach foster parents and their children how to manage curly and textured hair. I also teach regular classes to the general community online and in person at various organizations.
