You thought your adventuring days were over.  You and your friends had retired to the humble village of Rosloffia for some peace and quiet.  All was calm until you awake one chilly morning to find that the local bakery has been replaced with a tower made of gingerbread!  Where did the tower come from?  Who put it there?  What is being baked deep within the tower?  The halfling bakers are looking to you, the local adventurers, to investigate the gingerbread tower and get the bakery back to normal!

Class one:  The heroes wake up in the early morning to the sound of someone knocking loudly at their front door.  It's the local halfling baker, Hilda Butterbread.  She begs the heroes to come help her get into her bakery.  The heroes arrive at the bakery to see the entire building is covered in gingerbread with a few gingerbread men guarding the front door!  

Class two:  After gaining entry to the bakery, the heroes must navigate the display counters, trying to determine which baked goods are just baked goods, and which are animated pasteries ready to attack!

Class three:  The heroes have finally made their way into the kitchen where the animated gingerbread men a busy making more animated gingerbread men along with gingerbread weapons!  The heroes must put an end to their evil baking!

Class four: With the battle in the kitchen over, the heroes begin to explore more of the bakery.  Eventually the heroes find the gingerbreads secret weapon, a giant gingerbread man!  It smashes through the walls of the bakery and begins rampaging through the city!

Class five:  The heroes must every bit of their skill, knowledge, and wits to defeat the giant gingerbread before it wrecks the entire town!

This is a week long D&D camp for kids.  During this week long camp, learners will select a pre-generated Dungeons & Dragons character to investigate the appearance of a Gingerbread Tower, face the monsters within, and return the local bakery to normal.  

We will be using a simplified version of the Dungeons & Dragons 5e rules for this class.  

This camp is a great introduction to Dungeons & Dragons for new learners, and a great winter break camp for learners looking for an activity during the holidays!  Experience isn't necessary!  All levels of skill and experience are welcome!

Role playing games are excellent ways to work on math and reading skills.  They can also help strengthen team work, creative problem solving, leadership, and communication skills.  Of course, it is a great way to stimulate creativity and imagination!
