Activities include daily gratitude prompts and Creative exercises.
Printable Journal Pages include a cover page, "Gratitude 101" guide with space for notes. Plus, a daily gratitude list template.

 Video: Recognizing small joys in daily routines and how shifting your perspective can change how you feel.
Activities include gratitude scavenger hunt: Find 5 things you’re grateful for today and describe why. Photo or doodle challenge: Draw or take a picture of something that brings you joy.
Printable Journal Pages: “Small Joys” reflection worksheet.

 Video: The power of saying “thank you” and showing appreciation. How acts of kindness make us feel happier.
