As an educator (and a person in general) I am very detail-oriented. I plan to bring that personality into our class space. I believe that it's the details that help us learn. With a craft like crochet especially, the details are what help us use our information creatively to make our pieces. Throughout the class, I will teach the foundational skills for crochet, offering tips and advice along the way. We will learn a new stitch and/or technique each week leading up to our end of course project.

* Single 5.0 m crochet hook * Single 8mm crochet hook * 4 Small skeins of worsted weight yarn (size 4) * Note-taking supplies - if kiddo thinks they need them (ie. iPad, or pencil and paper) * 2 Skeins extra bulky, blanket-weight yarn (size 6) * One yarn needle (optional)
