This class meets once a week and will provide students with the creative space to unleash their imaginations! The goal of these sessions is to cultivate a love for writing and inspire creative thinking. Students will be provided with open-ended prompts which will stimulate creativity and inspiration for writing. As a class, we will engage in discussion prior to writing. Students will be asked to share their written responses/ illustrations if they feel comfortable to do so. The class environment will be casual, and student engagement with peers is encouraged! Students are free to write journal entries, stories, poems, or illustrations.

Hello! My name is Alizae Mohamed! For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a teacher which is why I decided to pursue a bachelors in elementary education.
I have a B.A in Childhood Education and I am very passionate about teaching. I am a teacher by profession, but most importantly, I'm a lifelong learner who is always seeking new ways to make learning fun and attainable for each student.
My classes are a safe place for your student to learn, discover, and have fun! My goal is to make learning fun and meaningful for each student. I design my lessons to ensure that each student has the opportunity to express themselves and to share their ideas. My lessons will engage your learner and make them excited for learning!
