Welcome to "Creative Writing Adventure Camp," a four-day creative writing class designed to spark the imaginations of elementary students through the magic of funny animal photos. This engaging and interactive class will meet four days, allowing young writers to explore the world of storytelling in a fun and lighthearted manner.

Day 1: Story Elements of a Narrative
        Students will be introduced to the concept of storytelling and narrative structure using a humorous animal photo as a prompt. They'll brainstorm ideas for characters and settings, setting the foundation for their stories. They will dive into the basics of storytelling and discuss elements like characters, setting, and plot. Students will start drafting their narratives, with a focus on creating a captivating beginning.

Day 2: Character Development
        Explore character development using funny animal photos featuring various personalities. Discuss traits, emotions, and character arcs. Students will refine their characters and work on developing a strong middle for their stories, incorporating conflict and humor. 

Day 3: The Plot
        Discuss plot twists and climaxes using surprising and amusing animal photos. Students will refine and add details to their narratives, focusing on building tension. They will also explore different types of endings in stories and brainstorm creative ways to conclude their tales.

Day 4: Revising and Sharing
        Edit and revise stories with a focus on language, descriptive details, and dialogue. Discuss the importance of editing in the writing process. Students will share their finished stories with the class.

Throughout the class, interactive activities and group discussions will be incorporated to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. Students will not only learn about narrative structure, but also develop a love for storytelling. This class aims to foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment among elementary students.
