In this one-time class, students will discover some of the interesting things about the jellyfish. We will go through a slide presentation together as we learn fun facts and see a variety of jellyfish. Next, we will review the facts that we've learned by doing a crossword puzzle together, followed by a jellyfish craft. I love for the students in my classes to participate by asking and answering questions if they feel comfortable doing so. My class is very interactive. There are 3 pages for you to print out before class as well as a few materials that they will need for the jellyfish craft. I am looking forward to seeing your child in the classroom!

Please print out the 3 attached pages for your child before class. They will also need the following items: A white paper plate (big or small) 6-8 ribbons in a variety of colors, cut to about 10-12 inches long (26-30 cm) crayons scissors glue stick transparent tape I've included a picture, in the description, of the craft we will be making together.

Hello! My name is Mary Jane. I have a B.S. degree in elementary education from Calvary Bible College. I also have a 120-hour TESOL certificate. My husband and I live in Nebraska and are the parents of six awesome kids! I have homeschooled each of our children through high school. In addition to homeschooling, I've also taught ESL online to students all over the world since 2016. I love to see children learn and have fun while learning!
