Zobo Drink is a drink that is known in all African countries and not Nigeria alone. This is a drink that is found in almost all the stores in Nigeria and it's served chilled. It is made of hibiscus flower and it's best served chilled. It is consumed either cold or hot. It can replace drinks like soda and it is a good drink to step down any snack. This is an essential drink to have in Nigerian homes as it is very easy to make. It is also said to have health benefits. This class will be fun and also provide the opportunity to learn about the Nigerian culture.
