In this ongoing class we will meet every other week to cook a new entree/meal together. We will work step by step prepping our ingredients and cooking them. Recipes will be a wide variety but will find inspiration from the current season! I will send out the recipe the week prior to class which will include a supply and ingredient list. Each week I will post our supply and ingredient list (one week in advance for grocery shopping purposes)
Parental guidance is suggested since we will be using knives and hot surfaces like a stove stop and/or oven. For any learners with allergens, we will be using a variety of ingredients including dairy, eggs, and a variety of meats/veggies/etc. If your learner has any specific allergies, please let me know and I can try to accommodate or provide alternatives for the learner to use. Please note, I am not cooking with these alternatives so I cannot guarantee it will taste the same.
