Lesson is aimed for students who have experience with Scratch Jr.  Students new to coding or Scratch will need support at home.  

Students will work on the basics of programming, problem solving and critical thinking skills with Scratch Jr. 

Students will create a short retell of the The Polar Express.   

Teacher will model and assist as students:  
- create and code a train
- add characters (sprites) to multiple pages
- code characters 
- modify background 
- use hide command
- add speech...
