In this self-paced class students learn all about animal coloration and the vocabulary that goes with it. They are introduced to real world examples of each and they model with clay for every lesson. Students will learn fun facts about several animal species and learn how to identify lizards with a dichotomous key! I do not teach with slideshow lectures. For every lesson (three lessons total) I show animal models and then use clay to reinforce concepts. Video lessons are each between 6-9 minutes in length. Students will learn about mimicry and a specific example of batesian mimicry in snakes. I demonstrate how to make a snake of clay with a banded pattern. レッスン 2:
