This 1 week Self-Paced class is perfect for new or experienced cheerleaders! Maybe you are prepping for a tryout or maybe you already made the team and want to improve your jumps. Or maybe you just want to learn cheer jumps for fun! We will learn, proper arm and leg positions plus conditioning to improve your Pikes and stretches to increase flexibility. 10-15 minute video so you can easily fit it in your schedule & repeat as you have time! The quick routine will make it easy for you to form a habit and practice everyday! Gain new insights and ideas on how to improve. No previous experience necessary. I give options to modify for all skill levels (beginner-advanced). -I will post a weekly workout assignment (normally consisting of completing 3 practice sessions a week). - Discussions: Throughout the course students will be encouraged to share their progress by commenting on posts and videos and by discussing what jump/exercise/stretch they struggled with or excelled at this week. Parental guidance and supervision is required. This class may include a strenuous workout/stretch. There is a risk of injury if the skills are not preformed correctly by the participants. If your child has any physical limitations, please let me know.
Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe, following instructions and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.
A mat is HIGHLY recommended. You will need space to move around (inside or outside). An area at least 6x8 ft where nothing will get kicked, hit, knocked over or broken.
INSIDE: If you do not have a mat, then a carpeted area is a must.
OUTSIDE: A flat grassy area with a blanket, or mat, placed on the grass.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED MAY BE COMPOUNDED BY NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS OF P.E. WITH EDEN. WITH EDEN, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND COACHES OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I COVENANT NOT TO MAKE OR BRING ANY SUCH CLAIM AGAINST P.E. WITH EDEN, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND COACHES AND FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE P.E. WITH EDEN, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND COACHES FROM LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CLAIMS.
P.E. With Eden strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before your child begins any exercise/fitness program/class. Your child should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in strenuous exercise. P.E. With Eden is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that they have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.
This waiver is governed by Colorado law. If any provision of this document is found inadmissible in court or unlawful it shall not affect the remaining provisions, and those remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By signing up for this class, I acknowledge that I read the waiver and I fully understand the terms of the waiver and I am voluntarily giving up the rights set forth in the waiver.

I started competition cheerleading when I was 14. I very quickly fell in love and was in the gym almost every day! I cheered on my All-Star team until I aged out then cheered on my college competition team until I graduated!
I have coached children pretty much all of my life. I have coached many sports/activities but my passion is coaching cheerleading/gymnastics. I started coaching gymnastics at the age of 15 and quickly moved onto coaching competition cheerleading as well.
I have coached all ages and levels: kids as young as 1.5 years all the way through adults.
