The uniquely designed environments immerse kids in scenarios where they naturally develop and refine skills such as: Communication Team-building Listening Project Management Budgeting Problem-Solving Critical Thinking Following Directions (pre-visit preparation) Memory Recall Socialization Interpersonal Skills Self-Management As your child engages in these interactive challenges, they'll not only practice these vital soft and hard skills but also collaborate with peers, fostering teamwork and personal growth. Dive into our unique Roblox learning platform where education meets fun, ensuring your child masters essential life skills in an engaging, game-based environment. The class will be divided into the Red Team and Blue Team, utilizing breakout rooms for different segments of the challenge. With my challenges, participants are immersed in scenarios that naturally encourage active participation to succeed and win. In this engaging class, learners won't be “playing Roblox.” Instead, they'll dive into a series of custom-designed challenges aimed at boosting specific skills. Roblox playtime is reserved for after these challenges are successfully completed – if there is time at the end. Each challenge, whether it's within a Roblox world I've crafted or on an empty lot in a Role Play (RP) game, is designed by Learn With Cat. I have experience as a learning coach for my own children for over 11 years with an online, fully-accredited private school. I instructed and assisted in courses in Language Arts [writing skills, handwriting, spelling, literature and comprehension, vocabulary, composition, grammar use and mechanics], history, mathematics, and science.
In 2017 to 2018, I used my skills in English to teach children on an overseas platform called VIPKid. My students were fully immersed into a one-on-one instruction of the English language, where I taught them using TPR [Total Physical Response] that enriched their curriculum and encouraged critical thinking and their creativity. I also created award systems that gave learners confidence about their performance.
Through 2018 to 2021, I taught here, on Outschool! I initially educated children about the aspects of writing. My classes ranged from reading books to teaching plot elements to answering questions and providing guidance about the indie publishing world. Later in my Outschool career, I offered classes that focused on skill-building. After my years with Outschool, I continued my courses into 2023 through Learn With Cat on my own site.レビュー
