個人の強みと自信を高めることで自尊心を高める

This is a 40-minute live class that will meet one time for learners aged 8-10 years old.  The class will focus on building self-esteem and gaining confidence in one’s self. We will discuss our strengths, positive attributes, and confidence boosters. Each of us have things that we are good at; things that make us special. We will discuss how focusing on our strengths and possitive attributes helps us grow and achieve more. Additionally, we will brainstorm the things and the people who boost our confidence. Students will need a piece of white paper and crayons or colored pencils. Each student will be able to draw a self-portrait as we discuss these topics. Then they will add their strengths, positive attributes, and confidence boosters as "fireworks" around their portrait. Students will be able to share their project if they would like to. I encourage the learners to interact and build each other up throughout class.
