I hold a degree in psycholinguistics from The University of Toronto. Also, I am a Mental Health and Addictions student. I have experience in working with students who are on the spectrum, where I provided them with tips and techniques in staying organized. I also have over 2 years of experience leading children through a routine in a daycare environment. In addition to this, I am a certified mindfulness and emotional intelligence practitioner. Lastly, I have experience in leading mindfulness groups and group coaching programs.
I will be creating the material using the book "Kids Morning Routine" and other resources I own regarding children's organization skills and routine skills.
