She holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in education, specializing in Spanish and English Linguistics & Literature 📚. Additionally, Cait is certified to teach in Pennsylvania 🍎 and holds international certifications in TESOL, AMET, and EBE ✈️. With 12 years of teaching experience under her belt, Cait has taught both English and Spanish 🌍 in various countries including the US 🇺🇸, Spain 🇪🇸, Thailand 🇹🇭, Guatemala 🇬🇹, and Mexico 🇲🇽. In addition to her language expertise, she also offers beginner Italian and study skills courses for online learners. ASHLEY HALEY Ashley is a highly qualified educator with a diverse academic background. He graduated from Illinois State University with degrees in music education and music performance. After teaching high school music for one year in the United States, he moved to Spain to teach English, his native language. He taught in primary schools there for four years. Spain is also where Alex solidified his Spanish.📚🎶 Whether it be English, Spanish, or music, Alex loves helping students learn so they can become more genuinely confident and powerful in their own lives.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to greet and say goodbye to others in various ways.
Students will be able to ask others basic questions like how are you, what's your name, when is your birthday, what's your favorite color, do you have, do you prefer, etc.

Introductions, Greetings
Together we will:
- review class expectations
- greet each other in Spanish
- learn to ask how are you and respond with 3 emotions
- learn other ways to greet beyond hola

Lesson 2:
Alphabet, Letter Sounds
Together we will:
- ask and tell our name
- ask and tell other's names
- identify the letters in Spanish and their sounds
-spell our names and basic words

Lesson 3:
Numbers Part 1, Colors Part 1
Together we will:
- review what we have learned in class 1 and 2
- count to 10 and spell correctly the numbers
- ask and give phone numbers
- identify the colors
- communicate if the color is light or dark

Lesson 4:
Numbers Part 2, Colors Part 2
Together we will:
- count 11-20 and spell them correctly
- identify the colors and use them to answer key questions about what colors we like and don't like as well as what colors we wear and like to paint with
