This one time lyrical dance class is designed for the beginner dancer. The class will begin with a warm up and stretch, followed by a quick introduction to the song selection and movement theme. Dancers will learn step-by-step dance instruction using lyrical/ contemporary techniques, and performing movement through the emotions of the music.  

While dance attire is not required for the class, loose fitting clothing that has stretch is recommended. Please ensure the dancer has water available...
