初心者向けフランス語 | 8週間の歌と新しい語彙

In this 8 week SELF PACED class, learners will explore a new song each week!  We know that using songs is a wonderful way to immersion yourself in a language and many of us were taught nursery rhymes and short songs when learning our first language!  Through an easy immersion, leaners will understand the song lyrics in context and begin to use the expressions, structures and new vocabulary easily!  

Each week, students will watch 1-2 pre-selected Youtube videos of the song.  They will be given a Google slides presentation where short answers appear on click.  This will practice speaking and reading of the vocabulary.  Next, kids will practice the words with self-checking, interactive games on Quizizz, Kahoot, Quizletlive and Gimkit.  Some weeks may have additional practice to complete on Google docs as well for writing of simple words.  

Students do not need to interact with others in order to complete this course. Students can work at their own pace to learn and understand the 8 songs and will be asked to try the extension activities weekly so that I can follow along with their progress and understanding.  
Discussion and real-time interactions are minimal so it really is a "learn the songs on your own" type of SELF-PACED class.  

Structures targeted will be:  Body parts, adjectives, clothing, animals, ordinal numbers, family members, foods, prepositions, the verbs "to be" and "to have".  **See Syllabus for more details
