Is your student learning addition, subtraction, multiplication or division? Fractions and word problems? Do they need help with their homework or reviewing math facts? In this one on one course students will practice math skills and can bring their homework to work on. This is a private one-on-one class. We will cover the topics below in class, but please send in any requests of specific topics or skills your child needs help with. The teaching style that I use in this class is to first show the student how to do the skill, then practice the skill together and then the student will try by themselves and we will review at the end. This class is learner directed. Learners are encouraged to lead each session with topics that they need help with. Parents are encouraged to send topics that the student needs to practice before class as well.
