Students will improve their understanding of topics related to admirable character traits, emotional intelligence and social skills and have many opportunities for practice.

I am passionate about teaching the skills of emotional intelligence and social skills to young learners. I have always been interested in human psychology and emotional intelligence, which led me to earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a master’s degree in Counselling.

Learners will be encouraged to participate in a weekly challenge where they commit to practicing the skill of the week. 
In addition, I provide a class summary email to parents after class, which describes the new skill, explains the weekly challenge and any printables required to complete the weekly challenge.
