1. Students will learn the definition of an autodidact. 
2. Students will become familiar with the study skills famous autodidacts employed and discuss each one.
3. Students will explore these skills through various in class assignments. 

I am a lifelong learner and have self-educated on many topics. I love learning. I hold a Bachelors degree in education and have taught classes for many years. I have taught preschoolers, elementary students, middle school, and college. More than anything else I believe instilling a love for learning and reading helps students develop  a lifelong habit of learning.

Students will self-assign a project at the conclusion of each lesson. Time will be allowed at the beginning of the subsequent class to review and discuss the students work if they wish.
