Beginner - Intermediate レベル向け

Learn ballet fundamentals and basic positions. This class is for new dancers or intermediate dancers looking to continue working on dance techniques and progressions. Out goals are strength, flexibility, and graceful movement. All ages.  Curriculum includes posture & alignment, epaulment, progressions and center work. May include adage & allegro. Will work on seasonal choreography and combinations.

you will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand.Injuries can occur regardless of precautions taken. Make sure students are ready to dance and move, are properly supervised for their own safety and understand the info below: Liability Waiver I am participating in the Online Dance Lessons offered by Dance with Ms. Chrystie during which I will receive information and instruction about movement, dancing & related activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Online Dance Lessons. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Online Lessons. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online dance, movement and related activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online Dance Lessons, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program. I understand that recording of the Online Dance Lessons is strictly prohibited. I agree to not reproduce, sell, share or distribute any recordings of the Online Dance Lessons. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. By participating in class I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Welcome to  Dance Class. My name is Chrystie,. I am an experienced dance instructor with over 25 years of teaching expertise. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Chapman University, having majored in Theater & Dance.

My training and background includes a diverse array of dance techniques, styles, and disciplines, including Classical/Russian Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, African/Haitian, Dunham Technique, Ballroom, Folk Dances (such as Irish, Bellydance, West African, and Scottish Country), Duncan Style, Yoga & Body Conditioning, Theatrical Dance, Improvisation, and Heels/Burlesque Dance, & so much more.
 
My educational journey has taken me through institutions such as Chapman University, Cypress College, Taggart International School of Russian Ballet, and D’Ann’s Academy of Dance, as well as various studios and groups across the United States. I'm so glad you are here. Let's Dance!!!!
